Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the jili44 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below. This document applies to all users in Malaysia.

1. Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the jili44 platform available at https://jili44.wine, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
The jili44 platform may only be used by individuals who:

2. Account Registration, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on jili44. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without prior notice.
When registering, you are responsible for:
- Providing your full legal name, a valid email address, and an active phone number;
- Set a strong password and keep it secure;
- Not share your login credentials with any other party;
- Notify the support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
Jili44 shall not be liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to keep their login credentials secure. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not it was carried out with your knowledge, unless you have promptly reported the security breach to us.
Users are also responsible for ensuring their use of this platform complies with the local laws applicable in their jurisdiction. jili44 makes no representation that this platform is lawful for use in all jurisdictions.
3. Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
All financial transactions on the jili44 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include TNG eWallet, FPX, DuitNow, and direct bank transfers via major Malaysian banks. Available methods are subject to change, and the most current list is displayed in the finance section of your account.
Key terms relating to transactions:
- Deposits: Deposited funds will be credited to your account once the transaction has been verified by the payment provider. jili44 is not liable for any delays caused by third-party systems.
- Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the identity verification procedures in place. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits and processing times are displayed in your account settings.
- Unauthorised transactions: Any attempt to carry out fraudulent, deceptive, or money laundering transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities and the account(s) involved will be terminated immediately.
- Refunds: All deposits used for gameplay are non-refundable. Refunds are only considered in specific circumstances as outlined in the platform's policy, and are subject to assessment on a case-by-case basis.
Jili44 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawal processing for purposes of legal compliance, identity verification, or investigation of suspicious activity. Users will be notified of any such hold via email or an in-platform notification.

Jili44 platform users are required to use this service in a responsible, lawful, and ethical manner. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination without a refund of any balance:

- Attempts to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the platform or other users' accounts;
- Sharing your account or allowing another party to access it;
- Using false information or assuming another person's identity during registration or transactions;
- Any form of fraud, manipulation, or exploitation of system vulnerabilities to gain an unauthorised advantage;
- Distributing harmful, offensive, or unlawful content through any communication channel within the platform.
Jili44 reserves the right to monitor account activity for compliance and security purposes. Any detected violations will be investigated and appropriate action taken, including account suspension, permanent termination, or legal proceedings.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

The jili44 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jili44 shall not be liable for:
- Any financial losses incurred while playing or wagering;

- Actions or inactions by third-party payment providers.
Intellectual Property

Jili44 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice under the following circumstances: breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, regulatory authority requests, failure to comply with identity verification procedures, or at the platform's reasonable discretion. Users whose accounts are terminated due to a breach of these terms are not entitled to a refund of their account balance.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the support team via live chat or email. Closure requests will be processed once all pending transactions have been settled.
